There are 4 required steps in Meta-Tissue and below is a diagram showing the steps.
Users will probably spend most of time on step 1 (preparing multiple tissue dataset) since software for steps 2, 3, and 4 are provided in Meta-Tissue software package. In the package, there is a folder named "example" that contains sample files for each step. Below links will discuss each of 4 steps in details with the sample files.
